I went to hospital from your list, but I found that I had forgotten my health insurance card? What should I do?

Call our Coordinator 0700 14 144. He will contact the relevant hospital to confirm that you have valid health insurance.

I am not pleased with the attitude to me and / or quality of medical services in the hospital I visited / where you sent me. Where to complain?

Feedback from you is essential to maintain and control the quality of medical services. In all such cases, please write promptly to complaints@bulstradzdrave.bg.

I have to use outpatient / inpatient care, but I am not able to get to the hospital, you work with. Will you recover my costs incurred in another hospital?

      Your health insurance is on subscription basis, so you must accord such exceptions with our medical coordinators. They will inform you whether it will cover the cost (depending on the situation) and what documents you should require from the hospital, which we have no contract.

What should I do if I need emergency medical care during holidays and weekends, at night or outside working hours?

Go to any of the hospitals that work overtime or have emergency assistance units or call our medical coordinator 0700 14 144.

Does my health insurance cover emergency assistance?

Emergency assistance is a priority of state and is fully covered by it without extra charge. It is therefore not included in the coating on your voluntary health insurance. If you need urgent medical assistance call 150 or 112.

Can we get occupational health service from you too?
